[Non Refund Policy]
Sea Eagle Japan cannot offer monetary refunds for any reason, however, we do have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects and will exchange any items damaged in shipping, or incorrectly shipped.
[Exchange Policy]
In case of items damaged in shipping, or incorrectly shipped, we will exchange the item after receiving an email (including photos) from the customer within 7 days of receipt. In the case of a manufacturing defect, Sea Eagle Boats offers a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
[Condition of Exchange]
We will exchange items only in the following cases:
- When a product is defective
- When a product is damaged upon receipt
- When a product is wrongly shipped
* Sea Eagle Boats will not exchange goods which have been damaged as a result of customer negligence.
[Shipping Fees]
Sea Eagle will cover all shipping costs for exchange and return of items

- For items damaged in shipping, or incorrectly shipped: Send us an email (including photos) of the product within 7 days of receipt with a detailed description of the problem.
- For manufacturing defects: Send us an email (including photos) within 3 years of purchase with a detailed description of the problem.
